bin ich froh, dass ich beim Komet endlich mal gelernt hab, was Grundlagenausdauer-Training tatsächlich heißt: Treten bis zur Kotz-Grenze, Pumpen bis zum Beinah-Sekundentod, Atemnot und am darauffolgenden Montag platt wie eine Flunder.
